Systems Integration

Make the systems you already pay for work together.

POS, loyalty, e-commerce, accounting, analytics, and team chat, connected into one coordinated operation instead of six separate logins.

Problems this solves

Six tools. Zero conversations between them.

  • The website menu and the POS disagree about what is in stock
  • Customer data means different things in the POS, the loyalty platform, and the email tool
  • Finance re-keys the same numbers into accounting every month
  • Handoffs between departments happen by screenshot
  • Nobody can answer a simple question without opening four tabs
  • Every new tool adds another silo instead of removing one

Example deliverables

What you walk away with.

  • API integrations between your existing platforms
  • Data synchronization with conflict handling and audit logs
  • Automated handoffs between departments and tools
  • One consolidated operational view across systems
  • Custom API development where a platform lacks one
  • Monitoring so you know when a connection breaks before it matters

Example applications

Where this shows up in practice.

  • POS inventory driving website menus, alerts, and analytics in near real time
  • Deals published once and synchronized to POS, website, and reporting
  • Loyalty and consent data reconciled across marketing systems
  • Sales and margin data landing in one dashboard instead of five exports
  • Team chat notifications for inventory, reviews, and operational exceptions

Typical process

How an engagement runs.

  1. Inventory the landscape

What systems exist, what data lives where, which system is the source of truth for each fact.

  2. Design the flows

Direction, frequency, conflict rules, and failure behavior for every connection, decided before code.

  3. Build and verify

Integrations ship with tests against real data and monitoring on every sync.

  4. Watch it run

Connections are only useful if they stay up. Ours alert us, and you, when something drifts.

Worth knowing

Common risks and misconceptions.

APIs have quirks the docs do not mention.

Units that differ between endpoints, silently dropped fields, batch records that look like duplicates. We test against reality, not documentation, because we have been burned by the difference.

Sync without a source of truth creates chaos.

Before connecting anything, we agree which system owns each piece of data. Otherwise two tools just overwrite each other faster.

A broken silent integration is worse than none.

Every connection we ship includes monitoring and alerting. Data quietly not syncing for three weeks is the failure mode we design against.

FAQ

Common questions about integrations.

Which platforms have you integrated?

Cannabis POS and e-commerce platforms including Flowhub and Dutchie-style menus, loyalty platforms like Alpine IQ, Google Analytics, Discord, Gmail and Google Workspace, accounting exports, and various public and private APIs. If it has an API, we can usually connect it.

What if one of our tools has no API?

There are usually still options: exports, scheduled files, or carefully built browser automation as a last resort. We are honest about the reliability trade-offs of each.

Can you fix an integration someone else built?

Yes. Integration rescue is common work: we audit what exists, add monitoring, and repair or rebuild the fragile parts.

How do you keep credentials secure?

Secrets live in secure storage, never in code. Each integration gets the minimum access it needs, and we document every credential so you can rotate or revoke it at any time.
